Objectives - To Review:

• the clinical diagnosis and natural history of dementia
• studies of new agents which show effect in modifying the natural history of Alzheimer's Disease
• recommendations for the use of these agents
• the possible future role of risk-stratification and early intervention for patients at risk for Alzheimer's
